It’s taken me quite a while to get around to posting this one, but I’ll never forget the day my dear friend Katie (yes, the talented Roaring Artist incarnate) said, “let’s go have a fun shoot downtown” to which I responded “OK!” only to realize both of us forgot that it was 4/20… in Denver. Quite the adventure it was, especially since the first shoot location was overrun by celebrants of a 4/20 festival. Then, the 2nd attempted location, a building beautifully flowered with black & white flower graffiti, we discovered was demolitioned a few months prior. We finally settled in the alleys of the Art District and had a quick shoot before the rain set in.
